Patients can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
- Order online via the link at the top of this page (registration required)
- Place a repeat request slip into our repeat box in the porch.
- Dispensing patients can use the dedicated phone & fax lines (see Dispensary below)
Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed and ready for collection. You can order your prescription up to one week in advance if it is more convenient to you.

The dispensary is located within the pharmacy. The dispensary team has four qualified dispensers, Maria, Janice, Rachel and Kerry. The dispensary manager is Brian Rafferty. If you have any problems or complaints please speak to him. You can come here to collect your repeat prescriptions or medication depending on the area you live.
Opening hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:30
We will always try to answer any medication questions you have, if we can’t we will ask your GP for you.
We offer a free delivery service to all dispensing patients (this means you need to live at least one mine from the nearest chemist) and you need to request this when ordering your repeat prescription. We can then advise you when the next delivery day in your area is (at least once or twice a week).
For non-dispensing patients all local chemists run a collection service from us enabling you to collect your repeat prescription from them at your convenience; please ask your nearest chemist for details.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
