Had a moul removed today from an awesome doctor and wonderful nurse. Been with this surgery for over 20 years, and although I always get anxious visiting doctors and hospitals, I am always settled here with the kind and helpful nature of all staff.

I attended an appointment today for a punch biopsy on a skin lesion. I was pleased to be able to get this done at my GP surgery rather than going on a waiting list and then having to travel for the procedure. A very efficient service.

Today I have been seen by the surgery's physician associate as I did also 2 days ago. On both occasions I was listened to with understanding, was able to discuss my concerns & then received the treatment & medication necessary

I telephoned the surgery 3 months ago for steroid injection treatment and was seen on the day that was given to me without any delays. I went to the sugery and was seen earlier than my appointment time. The doctor that I saw was pleasant and very helpful.

Asked for a GP telephone appointment. Was called back by 8.30am on the same day and was prescribed antibiotics. Efficient and straightforward. Excellent service!

Today I went in to reception to transfer my husband over from another local surgery. The person on reception was very helpful advising how to do this. They also set up my online system which I'd managed to lock myself out of. Polite, helpful, efficientcy and humour exactly what's needed In a gp receptionist.

Went for a steroid injection appointment at 2pm on time left @2.10pm perfect. The Doctor made sure I knew everything and asked if I had any questions couldn’t fault the service

Telephone appointment with Dr. I'd recently had an ADHD diagnosis. The specialist had requested I see my GP about a couple of things (tweaks in my usual medication) to all them to commence some ADHD medication. Dr R was brilliant wihlth me.
